Know your medicine
What is a generic medicine?
The brand name is the company's label. The salt name is the actual medicine. A generic has the same salt, so it works the same way.
The salt is what treats you
Only the name, colour, pack and price change.
Why the price is lower

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What is a generic medicine?
A generic medicine contains the same active ingredient (salt), in the same strength and dosage form, as a branded medicine. It is sold under the salt name or a simpler name, so it costs less.
Why are generic medicines cheaper?
Generic makers do not spend on brand promotion, and many companies make the same salt once the patent has ended. That competition lowers the price. The medicine inside is the same.
How much discount do you give?
Up to 80% off MRP on generic medicines and up to 10% off MRP on other products. The discount varies by product and is shown on your GST bill.
Will you change my medicine without asking?
Never. We show you the generic of the same salt and strength and you decide. If your doctor writes "no substitution", we dispense exactly what is prescribed.
Do I need a prescription?
Prescription medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner, as the law requires. Over-the-counter items do not need one.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery is free for bills above ₹500 within 3 km. Anywhere else in Chennai, we send it through a delivery partner and you pay only their actual charge, which we tell you on WhatsApp before sending.
Can I send another pharmacy's bill to check your price?
Yes. WhatsApp a photo of the bill or prescription to 72990 72725 and we will reply with our price for the same medicines.
Can I order my monthly refill on WhatsApp?
Yes. Send a photo of your prescription or old strip to 72990 72725 on WhatsApp. Our pharmacist will confirm the generic, price and pickup or delivery time.
How can I pay?
Cash, UPI and cards at the shop. A GST bill is given for every purchase.
